Windows 10 Mobile është zyrtarisht i vdekur. Dhënia e njoftimit te trishtuar është bere nga Joe Belfiore, Corporate Vice President, Systems Group Microsoft. Në një tweet të postuar të dielën, Belfiore thotë se nuk do të zhvillohet nje hardware i ri apo karakteristika të reja në lidhje me sistemin operativ celular dhe, përfundimisht, do të ketë vetëm funksione të vogla, përkatësisht zgjidhja e bug dhe azhornime sigurie. Për më tepër, ka menduar Bill Gates për të bërë gjërat më keq: themeluesi historik i Microsoft tha në TV se ai vete përdor një telefon Android, duke vene kshu nje gur siper Windows. E fundit erdhi HP: Elite X3 e tij, një nga pak të mbetur e pajisjeve mobile të Microsoft-it. Njëhere qe do te përfundojne shitjet e njesive në treg nuk do t’i prodhojnë më. Largimi i sistemit operativ është kryesisht për shkak të një faktor, mungesa e publikut e interesit qe tani eshte i katalizuar mes Android dhe iOS ende, edhe në Shqiperi, Windows Mobile nuk ishte dhe aq keq. I lindur më shumë se njëzet vjet më parë, Windows në celular kishte debutuar në vitin 1996 me Windows CE, sistemin operativ për Pda, asistentin personal digjital, i cili mori vendin e smartphone para se të ishte shpikur iPhone dhe pastaj në vitin 2000 lëshoi Windows Mobile. Me ardhjen e iOS-it në vitin 2007 dhe Android në vitin 2008, Windows filloi një betejë të vazhdueshme që e pa atë gjithmonë të vuajë nën goditjet e kundërshtarëve të saj. Rilindja kishte ardhur me Windows 10, sistemin operativ global, i cili në synimet e kompanisë së Gates duhet të ishte përhapur në çdo pajisje, nga PC-të në domus duke kaluar përmes tabletëve dhe smartfonëve, dhe propozuar një përvojë të vazhdueshme mes njëres dhe ‘tjetres. Mungesa e aplikacioneve, pajisjeve jo tërheqëse dhe kundërshtarëve gjithnjë e më agresivë nuk kanë lejuar që Windows 10 të dalë , duke e lënë atë në heshtje. Politikat e Microsoft: me hyrjen e Satya Nadellës një CEO i ri, kompania ka lënë menjane gjithnjë e më shumë konsumatorin për t’u përqëndruar në kete biznes dhe midis viktimave të kësaj rruge të re ka qene dhe Mobile.
